Claire’s at the Museum has a long standing reputation in the local community for providing American contemporary cuisine with a modern twist. We are located next door to the Hartman Pavilion and offer waterfront dining & crafted cocktails, catering, and special events.
At Claire’s, we are shifting our focus towards seasonal and market driven food and libations, creating simple yet delicious menus that incorporate fresh and local ingredients, showcased through modern artisanal plating that reflects the ingenuity of the Long Beach Museum of Art exhibitions.

Calling for talented trend-seekers who think outside of the box, yet have a deep understanding of all procedures in the BOH, including food safety, preparation, and quality production. Must have culinary experience, knowledge of sustainability, understanding of seasonal ingredients, urban plating, etc.
DISH MACHINE OPERATOR
Looking for DMO to join us on the weekends to help keep the kitchen organized and clean while maintaining the flow of service. Experience working in a kitchen required. For the right individual, this is an opportunity for growth.
Calling for friendly and organized people with great customer service skills to oversee the floor through managing seating charts, securing and planning large party reservations, greeting guests, collaborating with the host to maintain a smooth flow of reservations, tracking guest loyalty, etc. Must have experience in guest relations, phone etiquette, and clerical skills.
Calling for driven creatives with a deep knowledge of wine, spirits & libations to craft our farm-to-table cocktails. Must have experience in mixology, knowledge of sustainability, understanding of seasonal ingredients, garnishing, etc.
