Ceramics from the Permanent Collection

When you visit Claire’s at the Museum restaurant, you can see a selection of 17th, 18th, and 19th century English Staffordshire figurative earthenware ceramics from the Estate of Dr. and Mrs. Leslie Dornfeld in the Joann and John Rich Gallery on the first floor. This exhibition is rotated among the over 100 ceramics collected by the Dornfelds and donated to the Museum. Upstairs on the second floor in the Wilma and Roland Duquette Gallery in the historic Anderson Building, there is a collection of late 20th century ceramics by significant figures in ceramics worldwide on view. This collection was assembled by Melba and Al Langman and donated to the Museum by the Langman family.
