For over 40 years, Phoenix’s annual fundraising events have supported and strengthened LBMA’s artistic and educational programs.
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age (21+), commit to consuming alcohol responsibly, and accept all associated risks. Uncorked and the Long Beach Museum of Art shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption, including any incidents occurring during travel to and from the venue.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following statements:
1. I acknowledge that alcohol will be served and that my attendance is voluntary. I accept full responsibility for my alcohol consumption and agree to do so responsibly.
2. I willingly accept all risks associated with attending this event, including any risk of impairment or potential injury.
3. I release the Long Beach Museum of Art (LBMA) and its staff from any liability or claims that may arise from my participation.
Furthermore, LBMA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or violates event policies.
All art sales are final. No purchase can be returned or exchanged. All property is sold as exhibited unless otherwise indicated. Sales tax will be applied to the winning bid where applicable. Payment in full is required before items are released to winning bidders.
