Uncorked and the Long Beach Museum of Art shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption, including any incidents occurring during travel to and from the venue.

3. I release the Long Beach Museum of Art (LBMA) and its staff from any liability or claims that may arise from my participation.
Furthermore, LBMA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or violates event policies.
All art sales are final. No purchase can be returned or exchanged. All property is sold as exhibited unless otherwise indicated. Sales tax will be applied to the winning bid where applicable. Payment in full is required before items are released to winning bidders.
